If you see a price difference of ৳5,000 to ৳8,000 for the same Redmi Note 13 Pro online, you need to understand why.

Here are the current market prices gathered from major retailers in Bashundhara City and Jamuna Future Park.

Note: Prices fluctuate daily. These are estimated street prices.

The MIUI BD analyst team verdict:

DO NOT buy unofficial “International Version” Xiaomi phones right now. The BTRC is actively cracking down. We have received multiple reports of network blocks on devices bought from unauthorized importers on Facebook Marketplace and Daraz global collection.

If you are on a tight budget, look for official deals on older models like the Redmi Note 12 series, which are seeing clearance sales.

In other local news, Xiaomi Bangladesh has confirmed that the highly anticipated Xiaomi Smart Band 9 is launching in Bangladesh next month.

Expected pricing is under ৳5,500. It features a brighter AMOLED display, upgraded health sensors with 10% higher accuracy, and improved HyperOS integration.

Stay tuned to MIUI BD for the official launch date and pre-order links!

The Bangladeshi tech landscape is expensive right now. Your safest bet is buying official warranty products, even if it costs a bit more. An “unofficial” phone is only a bargain until it becomes a paperweight.

Which phone are you currently using, and how much did you pay for it?
